What we collect

Information you type into a form. Our contact, quote-request and pool-cleaning forms ask for your name and phone number. Depending on the form, they may also ask for your email address, ZIP code, which service you’re interested in, the best time to reach you, and any message you choose to write. We ask for these because we need them to call you back about your project.

How you found us. When you arrive at the site, we record the page you landed on, the website that referred you (if any), and standard campaign tags in the web address — the utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content parameters, plus Google and Facebook click identifiers (gclid, fbclid). This is stored in your browser for the duration of your visit and attached to your message only if you choose to submit a form. It tells us which of our ads and referrals actually reach homeowners.

Estimator selections. If you use a cost estimator on the site, the options you pick are included with your request so we can prepare a more useful conversation. The estimator is a planning tool, not a quote.

Your IP address. We briefly record it to limit how many times a single visitor can submit a form in a short window. That is a spam control, and it is the only thing we use it for.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your information with other contractors or lead-resale services.
• We do not ask for financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or payment details anywhere on this website.
• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

Who we share it with

Your form submission is sent to our customer-relationship system, which is how our team receives and follows up on requests. It is run by a service provider on our behalf and is not permitted to use your information for its own purposes.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us tell real homeowners apart from automated spam. To do that, Google collects hardware and software information from your device and analyzes how you interact with the page. This information is sent to Google and used to provide, maintain and improve reCAPTCHA and for general security purposes — Google states it is not used for personalized advertising.

Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Storage in your browser

We use your browser’s session storage to remember how you arrived at the site, so that information still exists if you browse several pages before contacting us. It is cleared when you close the tab. Google reCAPTCHA sets its own cookies as part of the spam protection described above.

Project photography

Photographs of completed work shown on this site are published only after our team explicitly marks them for public use. We do not publish customer names, street addresses, or project identifiers alongside them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email us using the details below and we’ll take care of it. If you’d rather not submit anything through the website at all, calling us works just as well — the phone number is on every page.

This site is intended for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles your information, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes to what we collect will be reflected here before they take effect.
